Baby #3: 19 weeks

How far along: 19 weeks ... 140 days to go to get to 39 weeks! (here is my 19 week survey with Harper)

What's going on with baby: Your baby's sensory development is exploding! Some research suggests that your baby may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to the baby.Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches. The arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of the body now. Kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on the scalp is sprouting. (according to Babycenter).

Maternity clothes: All maternity pants and some maternity/some non-maternity shirts

Gender: It will be a surprise!!! We're not finding out!

Movement: I have been feeling stronger movements throughout the day.

Sleep: I sleep pretty well; I do get up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times per night.

I'm feeling: EXCITED ... my summer break is starting! NERVOUS ... our anatomy scan ultrasound is Tuesday and they always make me nervous since we were told there were things might be wrong with Griffin everything turned out fine though, but it was scary).

What I miss: Not tossing and turning 100 times a night after my hips fall asleep.

Cravings: I have been loving green ice pops this week - very random!

Aversion: I can stomach everything, but I still can't swallow pills.
Symptoms: Exhaustion, "baby-brain," and some swelling in my hands.

Best moment this week: Jimmy and I are both down to 5-6 names each on out lists and I AM ON SUMMER BREAK as of 2:30 today!!!

18 weeks: Baby #3

How far along: 18 weeks ... 147 days to go - ha! (here is my 18 week survey with Harper)

What's going on with baby: Your baby is about 5 1/2 inches long and weighs almost 7 ounces. Baby is busy flexing arms and legs — movements that you'll start noticing more and more in the weeks ahead. The blood vessels are visible through the thin skin, and ears are now in their final position.(according to Babycenter).

Maternity clothes: Definitely maternity pants and some maternity/some non-maternity shirts

Gender: No clue and we've decided not to find out this time! Jimmy gets to pick out the boy's name and I get to pick out the girl's name. We've both started our lists!

Movement: I've been feeling a some movement a couple times during the day, but mostly when I lay down.

Sleep: I sleep pretty well; I do get up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times per night.

I'm feeling: TIRED ... I don't remember being THIS tired in my previous pregnancies. I guess working full time and taking care of 2 kids is more exhausting that I thought!

What I miss: My brain ... I have been so scatterbrained lately. My memory is gone, which for me is really unusual.

Cravings: Nothing really

Aversion: I've sort of gotten beyond my hot coffee aversion and there really isn't anything else that makes me gag other than taking pills.
Symptoms: Exhaustion and "baby-brain" ... both are at a peak! Ha!

Best moment this week: Starting to look at names and knowing this time next week, I will be done with school for the summer!!!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day!!! It's going to be such a fun day of spending time with both of our families and just enjoying each other's company. I am incredibly blessed to have so many "Moms" in my life ... my mom, my grandma, my mother-in-law, my grandma-in-law, my sisters, and my sisters-in-law. That's not to mention all my other family members, friends, and co-workers.

I am also so blessed to get to spend the day with my 2.5 kiddos and my husband who helps to make the day special for me! I hope you all have a wonderful day with your loved ones!

Baby #3: 17 weeks

How far along: 17 weeks (normally, I will be posting on Fridays)

What's going on with baby:  Your baby's skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — the lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. Your baby weighs 5 ounces now, and is around 5 inches long from head to bottom. Your baby can move its joints and sweat glands are starting to develop (according to Babycenter).

Maternity clothes: Definitely maternity pants and some maternity/some non-maternity shirts

Gender: No clue and we've decided not to find out this time!

Movement: I've been feeling a good amount of movement a couple times during the day, but mostly when I lay down on the couch. I actually started feeling movement around 12 weeks.

Sleep: I sleep pretty well; I do get up to go to the bathroom 2-3 times per night.

I'm feeling: TIRED ... I had a lot of nausea through week 14, but since then, I have been exhausted. I take a nap almost every night after work and still go to bed by 9pm every night.

What I miss: Having energy, drinking caffeine anytime I want ;)

Cravings: Nothing really

Aversion: Coffee :( the smell of coffee brewing makes me nauseous, but I did have an iced coffee this past week (unfortunately, I only drank 1/3 of it because it was too strong for me) and taking any type of medication ignites my gag reflex.

Symptoms: I am still very tired and I pee a lot. Also, I had one night of feeling really uncomfortable ... I hope that was just a one shot deal for awhile.

Best moment this week: Feeling more and more movement and knowing that school will be out in 10 days!

Our Week: April 15-21, 2013

What a crazy week! The whole Boston marathon bombing and aftermath was so scary and sad.

Harper and I went to my sister-in-law's baby shower yesterday and it was so nice! We are so excited for our new nephew/cousin, Jack, to get here next month. Griffin and Daddy went to Great Wolf Lodge using some reservations that were originally made before New Year's, but cancelled. They had fun and Griffin is excited to go again and take his sister next time!

We had some beautiful weather this week,70s and even 80s, and then, it snowed a little yesterday ...oh, Ohio! Griffin starts T-Ball games next weekend, so this is the start of some busy time for us! Plus, there are 25 days of school left ... but who's counting?!

Hopefully, we have a fun week and the weather cooperates ... doubtful since this is Ohio, but you never know.

Our Weeks: March 24-31 and April 1-7, 2013

Things have been pretty crazy over the past 2 weeks! During my Spring Break, we started off in typical Ohio fashion with a major snow storm and then we flew off to Florida for a few days. WE decided to take Griffin to Sea World and we had a great trip. Harper didn't miss us at all as she was super busy playing with my family.

This past week has been really busy with something every night including my school's Prom, which is an all-day event for me. Today reached 70, so hopefully, we are heading towards Spring ... 35 days of school, but who's counting!
